I had a great experience staying at this hotel in a very plush area. the location was just perfect, right in the center of the city. the rooms were cozy and comfortable, making me feel relaxed as soon as I stepped in. the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the hotel also had fantastic facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and spa services. it was a luxurious and convenient stay.

The check-out process was extremely slow, which was a bit disappointing.

nice 4-star experience. really really close to local history museums. the room was so good sized. kalyani nagar neighborhood was worth exploring.

Good location, good value for money, friendly staff, clean, overall a good experience, like to again if in pune.

I loved how close this place is to tourist spots like Shaniwar Wada and the comfortable bed.

I liked everything..again!. My third visit to s&s and when I return to Pune later this year, I won't even look for another hotel in the city. I was on crutches this time, all the staff were tremendously helpful.

All superb no complaints at all

The hotel provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The staff went out of their way to assist me, particularly when my laptop wasn't working. They even spent over an hour trying to fix it. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being situated in a major business district.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the hotel felt a bit dated and old-fashioned.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and superb service. the room advantages here are beyond luxurious and met all of my desires with a beautiful Bar/Lounge area for relaxing. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel with a great dining location.

the private facilities were amazing and made up for it.

Enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast buffet, with options ranging from continental to South Indian to Punjabi cuisine. . Appreciated the polite and friendly staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities.

Some rooms felt slightly cramped, limiting comfort during the stay. . the swimming pool was small and not suitable for serious swimming.

Ideal location, comfortable and homey atmosphere, well-appointed facilities, friendly staff, sumptuous buffets at reasonable prices.
